Hi, thanks for coming along and looking at this. In case you didn't know, this is my first ever published attempt at a home page, so bear with me :)

As you're probably aware, I'm the proud father of 3 children, a 12 year old (Honky) and twins who have just had their 1^st birthday.

My interests are :
IRC
Cricket
Motorcycling
My interests tend to weigh heavily on the internet, focusing on IRC. I can usually be found on the XTRA IRC server where I'm an IRC operator under the nickname BillG. On the server I own and run 2 eggdrop bots, Twinkle and KnAcKeRs. My other bot is Baboon, which is a variant of eggdrops called RacBot designed by wheely. Here's an alternative view on IRC and bots, which incidentally, I don't subscribe to.

My proudest achievement with an eggdrop is to have created a monster called "the Commentary Script" which carries cricket comentary provided by CricInfo from the StarNet IRC network onto my home server. This is attracting international attention. If you happen to know of any IRC channel that carries high quality Ruby Union or Rugby League commentary, please email me with the server name, port, channel name and contact nickname.

I'm a motorcycle rider by preference, and have had done my time on a race track. I managed to squeeze a 4^th in once, making me very happy because it paid for the weekend ! My most vivid memory was actually when I came second to last, only beating the dweeb that ran me off the track in the previous race. Ahhh, memories :)
